With the sale of our Gulfstream IV and Falcon 50 now complete, I
wanted to send you a brief note to thank you for a job well done. Avpro
did a tremendous job of timing the sale of our existing aircraft to
coincide with the delivery of our new Gulfstream V and Falcon 2000 and
structuring the transactions to achieve a like-kind exchange. It was a
